​To be able to gain employment has a couple of requirements and expectations to meet up with the employer’s desirable expertise to get the job. Your previous knowledge, work experience, and skills are vital ingredients to convince the employer to hire you on board.

To obtain a job matching my qualifications and job experience, the following requirements are necessary:

  1. Relevant Education: A degree or certification in the field or a closely related discipline.

  2. Experience: Demonstrated professional experience in the relevant industry, with a proven track record of success.

  3. Skills: Proficiency in the required technical skills and knowledge relevant to the job role.

  4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate and convey ideas.

  5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.

  6. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.

  7. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.

  8. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and guide others.

  9. Attention to Detail: Meticulousness and accuracy in work to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Sometimes we look down upon yourselves regarding any of these barriers: age, Low self-esteem, Bulky-uncleared-resume, Disability, Criminal record, Disadvantaged background, Domestic violence, Feeling discriminated, Drug and/or alcohol abuse, Lack of education and Employment skills. In some cases we may assist you and the extreme we may not be able to assist you, rather we will make referral.

If you were discriminated in your employment and make us aware we will assist in making a referral to the appropriate institution. We also endeavour to assist you with any unjust dismissal by providing information about Fairwork to regain your status or the right entitlement.

You may not have acknowledged what you already know. You may have the skills and standards, but do not know how to express them. You may not know how to produce an appropriate and applicable resume to reflect your intellegence and skills. This is where we come in to assist.
