Addressing Selection Criteria

Addressing selection criteria

Addressing Selection Criteria is an entirely important skill, knowledge, experience and/or qualification you must fulfill to be eligible for a job.

Example:

 1.       Appropriate qualifications in community services, mental health or related area.

Ans:  with my Cert. IV in Community Health qualification, experience, and services I worked with a client who likes to stand or walk around when she is eating. Staff will have to always keep following her around until she finishes and throws the plate broken. I managed to get her to sit with me when we ate our separate food together. She learned this by encouraging her to keep doing it with her until she got used to doing it by herself. This particular mental health issue was resolved.
